French and Indian War for kids

You can find a few videos on the French and Indian war this week as follows (I have not previewed these completely):

• an explanation from an old educational film
• a clip from PBS on "The War that Made America Battle in the Wilderness"
• The longer version, part 1 of 7, of the PBS documentary above; note that due to graphic images, viewer discretion is advised
• A simple explanation of the war appearing as a debate between two Duplo- or Lego-style characters from each side talking about the war, and a different, slightly shorter version
